Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

MAISON D'VUE ships within the United States via standard commercial carriers.

Deliveries outside the United States are not currently offered through our website. Bottles do occasionally travel abroad through private arrangements; for inquiries, please write to hello@maisondvue.com.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Complimentary Shipping. Included with every order. Typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

Express Shipping. $25 flat rate. Typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING

Each order is hand-sealed and prepared in Beverly Hills. We do not promise specific dispatch dates, as preparation is done with care and attention. You will receive a written confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier after dispatch.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Carrier delays, weather events, and holiday volume may extend delivery times beyond the typical estimates. MAISON D'VUE is not responsible for delays once the order has left our care, but we are glad to assist with carrier inquiries.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your bottle arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for the relevant claim windows and procedures, or write to us at hello@maisondvue.com.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. MAISON D'VUE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
