REFUND & RETURN POLICY
MAISON D'VUE

Each bottle of MAISON D'VUE is hand-prepared in Beverly Hills. We ask that you consider your order carefully before placing it. Our policies are as follows.

STANDARD ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
If your bottle arrives damaged or defective, please write to us at hello@maisondvue.com within seven (7) days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns of opened or used product, except in the case of damage or defect. Unopened bottles may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund of the product cost; original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please write to hello@maisondvue.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns received without prior authorization may not be refunded.
Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

PRIVATE HAND-DELIVERY ORDERS (INTERNATIONAL OR BY ARRANGEMENT)
Bottles delivered through a private hand-delivery arrangement — including but not limited to international deliveries — are final sale.
These bottles are prepared individually, held in your name, and personally delivered. Acceptance of the bottle at the point of delivery confirms your satisfaction with its condition.
If a defect or damage is identified at the moment of delivery, please raise it with the courier directly so it may be addressed in person. Once a bottle has been accepted and the courier has departed, no return or refund is possible.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED BOTTLES
If a bottle shipped via commercial carrier is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Claims for lost shipments must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original ship date.
Bottles delivered through private hand-delivery arrangements are not subject to this policy, as they do not pass through commercial carriers.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they enter preparation. Once a bottle has been prepared and held in your name, the order is considered final.
For private hand-delivery orders, cancellations may be requested up until the bottle has departed Beverly Hills. After this point, the order is final.

GIFTS AND TRANSFERS
If you have received a bottle of MAISON D'VUE as a gift, please write to hello@maisondvue.com to inquire about exchanges. The terms of this policy apply to the original purchaser; gift recipients may be offered an exchange at our discretion.

DISCRETION
MAISON D'VUE reserves the right to make exceptions to these policies in cases of genuine hardship or extraordinary circumstance, at our sole discretion.
